DIY Craft Clock
DIY CRAFT ROOM CLOCK
I needed a clock for my new craft and I didn't like I saw online. They weren't me...They didn't go with my craft room or what I like to craft.
I had a blank wooden round that I had purchased ages ago in my craft stash and painted it. I had to google how to blend colours... It took a few attempts but got there eventually. I used a dark pink at the top and white paint and the bottom and blended them together with a wet paint brush till it was how I liked it.
For the decals on the clock, I used my Cricut maker and in Design Space, I searched for images that were what I liked to do. I printed them on Cricut printable vinyl and used the cut n print function.
I ordered the clock movement from Amazon and used my Dremel to make the hole for it.
The hardest part of the whole project was finding the centre of the clock. I had just assumed you measure top to bottom and side to side and where the line meets in the centre...NO!! It didnt work like that. I had to google how to find the centre of a circle and found a simple way to find it.
